Jack manufacturing process
To begin with, we cut off the segments that are necessary in size from the channel (in this case, pieces of different lengths will be required). If necessary, we cut the sides of the workpieces with a grinder.
Then you need to weld two main parts of the jack from the sections of the channel - the lower part is welded from two workpieces at an angle of 90 degrees. It is also necessary to weld to it a simple structure welded from steel bars of circular cross-section and a pipe section.
The upper part of the fixture is welded from three sections of the channel at a certain angle. After this, the places of the welds and the surface of the parts must be well cleaned with a grinding wheel, and then painted.
Assembling a homemade jack
Two parts are connected to each other using a bolt with a nut (for this you first need to drill holes in the side walls). Then, a hydraulically mounted lift is installed on the lower platform.
