To quickly and most importantly - carefully cut a glass bottle or jar, you can use a home-made device, which you can assemble in literally half an hour. For the manufacture of this device will require inexpensive and affordable materials.
To make an even incision through which a glass bottle can be split, it is best to use a glass cutter. The basis for the arrangement of the main elements can be made from a board or a piece of plywood of a rectangular shape.
The main stages of work
First of all, we make a base from a board or plywood 20 mm thick (sizes can be any, the main thing is that the bottle fits). Approximately in the center of the base, a hole is drilled into which a threaded sleeve is mounted. The bracket for pipe mounting is twisted into it.
