To make a home-made pull out with your own hands, you will need a piece of a square profile with dimensions of sides 15x15 mm, a piece of steel corner, a hairpin and an old file. Specifically, in your case, the materials may be different (which are at hand).
First of all, we mark the steel corner 45x45 mm, and cut off a segment of suitable sizes from it. We clean the edges on the grinding machine so that there are no burrs. Then cut another piece of hairpin. You can also use a bolt after cutting the hat.

From a profile pipe 15x15 mm (or another size) with a thickness of at least 2-3 mm, cut a piece of the required length. Cut off one edge at an angle of 45 degrees. At a distance of about 4-5 cm from the edge, drill a hole for the stud.
We insert a piece of a hairpin into the drilled hole, the edges of which are welded to the corner. Then cut a suitable piece from the old file, and weld it to the end of the profile pipe.
