It is possible to put in order a summer cottage or a house plot, having released it from fallen leaves, in different ways. For example, someone collects leaves with their hands, others keep up with progress and use a rake for this.
However, there is another simple solution to this problem - to make a homemade tool for cleaning fallen leaves. This will require a metal pipe, a steel bar and a spring.
The first step is to cut a piece of pipe of the desired length. Then the wizard makes the markup and cuts out a rectangular “window” in it.
The main stages of work
The edges of the pipe in the place of the cut will need to be processed using a grinder or drill to remove burrs. You can use the usual metal file.
Then, inside the pipe, from different sides, the master presses in three guide bushings (two bushings are installed at the edges of the pipe, and one in the middle), machined on a lathe.
Through the holes in the guide bushings, it will be necessary to thread a steel bar. A small piece of the rod is welded to the end of the pipe perpendicular to the centerline of the pipe. Then the edge of the spring will cling to it - for this you need to make a groove around the circumference.
Another "shorty" of the steel bar must be welded to the rod - the second edge of the spring will cling to it.
At the last stage of work, this device is assembled. For details on how to make a tool for cleaning fallen leaves on the site, see the video on our website.
