First of all, from the eyes that are supplied with the round padlock, it will be necessary to cut off all the excess with a grinder or plasma cutter so that you can then weld them to the profile pipe.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the master cuts the profile pipe along, and then a loop is welded to the end. If the loop is larger in size than the profile, then the excess will need to be cut off with a grinder.
Then, it will be necessary to weld the eyes for the lock to the two halves of the profile (side). The most important thing is to expose them evenly, otherwise the castle may then not stand in its "seat".
