The main stages of work
A piece of board is used as the base. Cut off the workpiece of the required size.
Next, you will need to take four M10 bolts and weld four M12 nuts to them. We weld nuts to bolt caps.
In a wooden base we drill four holes and insert bolts into them. We fix them with nuts on the back side. Then cut off two M12 studs.
At the next stage, we cut off two more pieces of the stud and weld the M12 nuts to them. In one of the nuts, the thread must be drilled.
Next, we put two bearings on long studs. We put the glass cutter holder on one of the studs.
To fix the glass cutter, you need to drill a hole in the hairpin and insert a bar with a diameter of 4 mm into it. We put a glass cutter on it.
At the last stage, we fasten the wooden stop for the bottle and proceed to the assembly of the entire structure.
