We will need:
- one package of delicious baking margarine;
- one of the largest, perfectly shaped egg;
- dark chocolate - 50 grams;
- a handful of nuts, almonds or hazelnuts (we took a little of both);
- a spoonful of instant coffee;
- approximately 300 grams of flour, and a little more can be;
- about 15 grams of sugar;
- cream injector;
- baking paper;
- a sheet for baking.
Armed with everything necessary, we go to the kitchen to create.
To begin with, margarine is slightly warmed up at room temperature so that it softens. Mix the margarine with sugar using a mixer.
Then add the egg and beat for about 5 minutes. Now leave our semi-finished product and deal with auxiliary components, namely chocolate, coffee and nuts. We pray the nuts together with coffee to flour in a coffee grinder and pour everything into the dough.
We drown the chocolate to a liquid state, pour it into the dough and beat it with a mixer.
After the dough becomes airy, little by little we begin to add flour. We mix the dough with other nozzles on the mixer.
After the dough begins to stick, we complete the mixing process and fill the syringe with the dough. The nozzle can be any, as desired. Squeeze out cookies of arbitrary shape on a leaf.
The final step will be to send our culinary creation to the oven. Set the temperature to 200 C and wait no more than 20 minutes. Voila, the cookies are done. Welcome for a cup of coffee.
