For the birth of a bottle decorated with leather, named Monstro, take the following materials and tools:
- - a glass bottle;
- - a pair of plastic eyes for toys;
- - thin skin of dark color;
- - a small piece of white or milky skin;
- - Transparent universal adhesive "Dragon";
- - nail polish remover;
- - cotton wool;
- - ballpoint pen;
- - nippers;
- - scissors;
- - stationery knife and toothpick;
- - tweezers.
Having noted a solemn event, do not rush to throw out a glass bottle with even walls. Soak it in warm water to remove labels. If glue remains on the glass, remove it with nail polish remover.
While the bottle is drying, prepare the eyes of the monster. You can buy plastic eyes in a handicraft store or quietly pick out a soft toy that you are about to throw out. Use nippers to remove excess plastic from eye parts.
On the front side of a small piece of dark skin, apply a transparent universal glue.
Put your eyes on the glue and wrap, stretching the skin, half of the part. Thus, the lower eyelid is obtained.
Similarly, make the upper eyelid. Let the glue dry a little.
Cut off excess skin with scissors. Glue the eyes with universal glue to the bottle. Turning your eyes until the glue has set, select the future Monster face expression.
For nose volume, cone a piece of skin. Cut it to the length you need.
Attach the base of the nose to the bottle.
Take a large enough piece of dark skin. Ideally, if this piece completely covers the bottle. But if the skin area is not enough - that's okay. First, glue the long side of the piece with glue and wrap the edge of the skin. Then apply glue liberally to the central surface of the piece of skin.
Apply skin with a curled edge to the eyes. Until the glue has seized, use your fingers to mold the bottom of the monster’s face. Do a smirk with parted lips. In the middle between the lips with a clerical knife, make an incision.
Quickly, until the glue has dried, bend the cut edges under the lips and remove the remaining glue from the glass.
Apply universal glue to the remaining area of the skin and stick it to the bottle. You can additionally create folds on the face of Monstro. The upper part of the bottle is similarly decorated with leather. Cut off excess skin along the line of the day with scissors. If necessary, use additional pieces of skin.
While the bottle is drying, decorate the bottle cap. Using a ballpoint pen, draw a circle outline of the cap. Cut it out and spread with glue. Glue the leather circle on top of the cover, pulling the skin around the perimeter.
The edge of a strip of leather in the shape of the letter C wrap. Glue this strip with the wrapped edge to the top of the cover. Screw the second edge into the cover with tweezers.
And the final touch is the teeth. Glue two very small triangles of light skin so that the underside is practically not visible. With a toothpick, apply glue not to the teeth, but to the attachment points and fix these two fangs.
So the bottle is decorated with leather. The result was a joke bottle named Monstro. And leave it to yourself or give it to someone - it's up to you.
