If you like Japanese cuisine and surprise guests with culinary experiments, this recipe is for you. You can add any content to such rolls, most importantly, do not forget that after baking the taste may change. For example, it is not recommended to add fresh cucumber to baked rolls, since it will lose its crisp structure, but at the same time, you can add pickles to these rolls, the taste of this will only become more original.

Ingredients:

  • - two sheets of nori;
  • - 3/4 cup round rice;
  • - two pieces of chicken nuggets;
  • - twenty grams of hard cheese;
  • - two dessert spoons of sesame;
  • - two tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • - twenty milliliters of soy sauce;
  • - two cloves of garlic;
  • - sunflower oil.

Soaked rice is soaked in cold water for 20 minutes. After time, we drain the water and pour clean. Cook rice twenty minutes after it boils.

While the rice is cooking, fry the nuggets in sunflower oil for three minutes on each side.

Let's make the sauce. In a bowl, mix half the sesame seeds, mayonnaise and soy sauce. Add the grated garlic and mix again until a uniform consistency is formed.

Cut the nuggets and cheese into long sticks.

We lay out the nori sheets on the mat. We distribute half the cooked rice, leaving a place from the far edge of 1.5 centimeters.

It is important that the rice is cooled, as the nori seaweed shrinks from the hot seaweed.
Spread chopped nuggets, cheese on rice.
Sprinkle them with half sesame seeds and pour two teaspoons of garlic sauce, evenly distributing it over the filling of the roll.

Turn the roll using the mat.

Cut and put all the pieces in a baking dish.

We do the same with the second sheet of nori.
When all the rolls are laid out in a mold, grease each of them with the remaining garlic sauce.

We put the mold in the oven, heated to one hundred and fifty degrees and bake for about fifteen minutes until a crispy crust forms.
