New Years is soon! A time of miracles, beauty and fulfillment of desires! Everyone is trying to decorate his house in his own way! Someone puts a Christmas tree, someone hangs garlands, and someone hangs decorative boots on the fireplace. One of these boots today we sew. For this we need fabric:
- Chintz, I took a white small blue flower;
- pink chintz or fleece, for the face of Santa Claus;
- fleece red;
- fleece white;
- fleece yellow;
- the fleece is blue, but since I do not have it, I took the blue velsoft;
- flannel in flower;
- pink satin thin ribbon;
- synthetic winterizer;
- filler;
- grid;
- and a pair of beads.
First of all, we draw the outline of our boot on paper.

We draw the location of the parts on it, draw Santa Claus!

Now we will transfer all the details to plain paper and cut it out. The result was a pattern of decor details.

We begin to cut the details. From white fleece we cut a mustache - 2 pieces.

Just cut the beard of Santa Claus.

We take pink chintz or fleece, we cut a face and a nose.

We take a flannel and cut a sock, 2 parts.

From red fleece we cut a cap and two upper decorative strips.

For the bird, we cut from the yellow fleece base and blue velsoft wing, a small red beak.

We cut boots from chintz into a small flower, 4 details are required.

The same parts are cut from synthetic winterizer - 2 pieces.

First we make a bird, for this we sew the yellow details of the base, leaving the opening, do not forget to attach a small beak.

We turn out.

We fill it with filler and sew it up.

In the same way we sew and stuff the wing.

Now we take a bead, I took a red one and sew a wing with it to the base of the bird.

Again we take a bead, but of a different color. it will be an eye.

And sew it in the eye area.

The bird is ready!
Now we sew a mustache

We twist, stuff and sew.

Sew the synthetic winterizer to the main part of the boot

Sew on the beard of Santa Claus.

And a sock made of flannel.

Sew on the face of pink chintz or fleece. If you take chintz, then the edges should be folded so as not to open.

Now it's time for the spout. We take a circle, on the edge we flash it on a typewriter, but with a weak thread tension. We tighten, fill the empty space with filler and sew to the face.

We also sew a mustache here.

We take two black beads of the same size - these will be the eyes, sew on.

We take a strip of mesh 2.5 centimeters wide, stitch it in the middle with a seam with a weak thread tension.

Pull the thread, you get these ruffles.

Sew it next to the cap, it will be the bellows bellows.

Let’s leave it like that for now, but we’ll sew the cap itself

Now you can fill the bellows at the cap.

Now we take the tape and sew it on the border of fabrics, beard and sock.

And on the border of the fabrics from above.

Sew the finished bird manually.

We take the second part from the boot, sew on it a synthetic winterizer, a toe of flannel and a red strip on top.

Fold the parts with the front side inwards and flash them.

In the same way, we sew two more parts, this will be the inside of the boot.
We sew the inner and outer part, turn it out. Do not forget to attach a small loop.

We sew in the opening through which we turned out and straightened everything.
We make a finishing line on the top of the boot.

Now we cut small rectangles 3 * 6 in size from the grid, group them and sew them in the middle, form a bow and sew them to the cap. We color the cheeks of Santa Claus and the boot is ready!
